This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1) Information We Collect

A) Account & Profile Information

We may collect:

  • Name, email address, mobile number
  • User role (Admin/Supervisor)
  • Company details (company name, address, city/state/pincode)
  • Settings and preferences (e.g., attendance timing, language)

B) Employee & Workplace Data (Entered by You)

The App may store data you enter for workforce management, such as:

  • Employee details (name, contact details, job details, salary details, IDs)
  • Optional statutory/HR fields such as UAN, ESIC, blood group
  • Site details (site name, address/location details)
  • Attendance records, leaves, weekly offs, overtime, half-day entries
  • Payments/advances records
  • Store/inventory items, quantities, and transaction/withdrawal history

Important: You (the organization/admin) are responsible for ensuring you have legal authority and employee consent (where required) to collect and store this data.

C) Location Information (If You Grant Permission)

If you enable location features and grant location permissions, the App may access:

  • Approximate location and/or precise location (depending on your device permission)

This may be used for features like site/location-related functionality.

D) Photos / Media (If You Grant Permission)

If you add a company logo/profile photo, the App may access images from your device (with permission). The selected logo may be stored in the App's internal storage and displayed in the navigation drawer and PDF reports.

E) Payment Information (Subscriptions)

If you purchase a subscription, payments may be processed by Razorpay. We may store limited payment-related data such as:

  • Payment status (success/failure)
  • Payment identifiers (e.g., payment ID/order ID/signature) provided by the gateway

We do not store your card/bank details. Those are handled by Razorpay as per their policies.

F) Device/Technical Data

We may collect basic technical data necessary to operate the App (e.g., app performance logs, crash information) through platform/SDK services.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts and authentication
  • Store and display attendance, employee, site, payments, and store/inventory data
  • Generate reports and PDF exports (including showing your saved logo if available)
  • Enable subscription access control and plan limits
  • Improve App stability, security, and performance
  • Provide customer support and respond to queries

3) Where Your Data Is Stored

App data may be stored on third-party cloud infrastructure (for example, Google Firebase/Firestore) associated with your account/company.

Company logo/profile photo may be stored locally on your device in app-internal storage (unless you choose to upload/share it elsewhere).

4) Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data only in these cases:

  • Service Providers: With third-party services used to operate the App (e.g., Firebase for database/auth, Razorpay for payments, Google services for maps/location). They process data according to their own policies.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental request.
  • Security & Rights: To investigate fraud, security issues, or protect rights and safety.

5) Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

If you delete your data or request deletion (where available), we will take reasonable steps to delete it from active systems, subject to legal/technical constraints.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and controlling access to devices used to access the App.

7) Your Choices & Controls

Depending on your device settings and your role in the App, you may:

  • Update account/profile information
  • Add/remove company logo/profile photo (stored locally)
  • Control permissions (location, media) via device settings
  • Manage employee/site/attendance data within your organization account

8) Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business/workplace use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9) International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside India depending on the third-party services used (e.g., cloud hosting regions). We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place via service providers.

10) Third-Party Links and Services

The App may rely on third-party SDKs/services (Firebase, Razorpay, Google services). Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

11) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be effective when posted in the App or on the page where this policy is published. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
